Muster 2024 Registration Form

Bookings are now open for the 2024 Ultimate Campers 30th Birthday Muster.
The Muster will take place at Ross River Resort August Friday 16th to Thursday 22nd 2024.

All bookings for the dates of the muster must be placed here.
Accommodation Prices
$180 for 6 nights unpowered (unlimited sites)
$240 for 6 nights powered (limited sites)
$500 for 6 nights, 4 people, 2 double bunk room – linen not included (limited rooms)

As there are limited powered sites (33 sites) we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated a powered site. All those requiring power for medical reasons will be given priority for the powered sites and then the remaining people wanting a powered site will be placed in a draw that will be drawn 3 months prior to the date.

A $50 deposit will be required at the time of booking – this will be deducted from your booking total. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
When you complete the registration form below it will take you to PayPal to process your $50 deposit.

The above prices includes the accommodation and entertrainment program. There will be a muster shirt and we will also be having a dinner night during the stay – the fees are optional, but additional to the above rates mentioned and will be announced once we have confirmed them.

Note: There are plenty of showers and they are hot – 2 toilet blocks with 8 Female and 8 Male showers in each. There is Bore Water available at Ross River Resort – needs boiling to drink.

Site sizes are flexible as they are open paddocks. accommodation rates are charged per vehicle. So if you are bringing a second vehicle you will need to apply for a second site.

If you wish to extend your stay at the Ross River Resort, either before or after the muster you will be required to book those additional days with Ross River Resort directly. Ross River has kindly decided to hold their 2023 prices for these additional nights at the below rates –
Unpowered sites are $35 per night
Powered sites are $45 per night

NOTE – If you book a powered site for dates up to and including 15 August but are not allocated a powered site for the duration of the Muster you will be required to move to another site on Friday 16 August.
