As stated in the warranty section of our sales contract, the original warranty may be transferred to a new owner if the camper is sold. A warranty transfer is subject to an administration fee and approval by Eagle Outdoors Group Pty Ltd. 

To be eligible for a warranty transfer you must meet the below criteria:

1. The original warranty period has not expired.
2. The warranty will only cover components still under warranty.
3. This Transfer of Warranty request document needs to be submitted and approved by Eagle Outdoors Group Pty Ltd.
4. Payment of the Transfer of Warranty fee need to be paid. ($250.00 – this payable after completing the below form.)
5. There are no insurance claims on the camper trailer.

Note: It may take up to 2 weeks from when we receive your warranty transfer request to when you receive the approval correspondence.
