As an Ultimate owner, you care about safety, reliability, quality, and durability — and so do we. We also understand the importance of protecting your investment. For peace of mind and confidence on the road, we recommend using only Ultimate Genuine Parts and booking in for regular servicing.

Our factory in Moruya, NSW, is primarily dedicated to manufacturing new camper trailers. As such, only fibreglass repairs and electric actuator installations can be scheduled at this location. For all other service needs, we have a network of authorised service centres and agents across the country — with our Pakenham, VIC Service Centre being the largest and most fully equipped.

To book a service or order parts, simply complete the Service & Parts form on this page, and we or one of our authorised agents will take care of the rest.

Important: All warranty claims must be approved by Ultimate Campers before any work begins.
