A statement regarding our new servicing locations;
As of 1st May 2022, Ultimate Campers will be restructuring our service department. This decision was not made easily and has been made to not only improve the production of new campers but to give our customers more options and better service for repairs, maintenance, and technical support.
This decision will enable us to focus some of our key resources in Moruya for new camper builds and to improve the already World Class camper we believe we have. Like every other new vehicle manufacturing facility, we will be diverting a majority of our servicing to existing and new Agent locations to provide an equivalent or improved service offering to our existing customers.
We will still be providing service options to our local customers in and around our factory as well as providing any warranty support to existing customers which we will manage through our production team.
We already have our Eagle Outdoors locations that can service your camper in:

In addition to these service locations, we already have agent agreements with the following locations who have been supporting our Ultimate customers for quite some time:

In addition to this we have recently added a new Agent who is already known to many of you, they are very experienced in servicing and major work on Ultimate Campers. They have new and bigger facilities to take on the extra load required to accommodate additional work and a large team focused on servicing, repairs and insurance work that our customers require to be supported with. They can provide major and minor servicing, insurance repairs or major rebuilds, mechanical and electrical upgrades, fiberglass repairs as well as some canvas repairs. On top of this they can offer a great deal of technical support to the network. Basically, everything the Ultimate factory provides now.
