Quotes, specifications and pricing
Quotes remain subject to their stated validity period. Prices, specifications, colours, materials and availability can change before an order is accepted. Any approved changes to a camper order may affect price and delivery timing.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when Ultimate confirms it and any required deposit or payment has cleared. Payment milestones, inclusions and delivery arrangements for a new camper are set out in the signed order. Online shop orders are subject to successful payment confirmation and stock availability.
Delivery and delays
Estimated dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, freight, supplier or other circumstances. Ultimate will communicate material changes and arrange handover or delivery in accordance with the accepted order.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, transfer and change requests are assessed against the accepted order, work completed, special-order components and applicable law. Contact Ultimate promptly before assuming an order can be changed or cancelled.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
