Quotes, specifications and pricing

Quotes remain subject to their stated validity period. Prices, specifications, colours, materials and availability can change before an order is accepted. Any approved changes to a camper order may affect price and delivery timing.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when Ultimate confirms it and any required deposit or payment has cleared. Payment milestones, inclusions and delivery arrangements for a new camper are set out in the signed order. Online shop orders are subject to successful payment confirmation and stock availability.

Delivery and delays

Estimated dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, freight, supplier or other circumstances. Ultimate will communicate material changes and arrange handover or delivery in accordance with the accepted order.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, transfer and change requests are assessed against the accepted order, work completed, special-order components and applicable law. Contact Ultimate promptly before assuming an order can be changed or cancelled.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ultimate Prize Draw — 2026 terms

This is an annual promotion run by Eagle Outdoors Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Ultimate Campers, 39–41 Shelley Road, Moruya NSW 2537. Contact [email protected] or 1300 500 077.

Entry period and eligibility

The 2026 promotion opens when these terms are published and closes at 11:59pm Sydney time on Thursday 10 December 2026. Australian residents aged 18 or over may enter. Ultimate employees, management, people conducting the draw and their immediate families are not eligible. Attendance at the Showcase is not required to enter or win.

How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is required. Submit a genuine camper quote through Build Yours, or complete the show enquiry form advertising this draw, during the entry period. Supply your name and a valid email address so we can contact you. There is one entry per person for this promotion; repeat submissions and quote revisions do not create extra entries. Test, fraudulent and duplicate entries are excluded when the draw list is prepared.

Show enquiry sign-up includes the newsletter and sales follow-up described on that form. The quote form has a separate newsletter choice. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an otherwise valid draw entry. Joining the Ultimate Family mailing list alone does not enter this promotion.

The prize

One REDARC 200W Monocrystalline Folding Solar Panel, model SMFP1200, with a retail value of $979 AUD including GST. The total prize pool is $979 AUD. The camper pictured is not included. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

Free collection from the Ultimate Campers factory in Moruya. If the winner requests delivery, freight is payable by the winner. Any freight charge will be quoted and agreed before dispatch; there is no charge for entering, claiming the prize or collecting it from the factory.

Draw and winner notification

One winner will be selected at random from the valid entries on Saturday 12 December 2026 during the Ultimate Showcase evening program at the Waterfront Hotel, Moruya (program starts at 7:30pm Sydney time). The draw is part of the evening program; 7:30pm is the program start, not a promise of the exact draw time. We will contact the winner by email and, where supplied, phone within two business days, and publish their first name and suburb on the prize draw page for at least seven days.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner and arrange collection or delivery. An unclaimed prize will be held until it is awarded; there is no automatic forfeiture or redraw under these terms.

Privacy and promotion changes

We use entry details to administer the draw, contact the winner and provide the enquiry response or marketing you requested. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms apply to this advertised 2026 draw only. Earlier monthly offers and entries are not automatically changed by these terms. Dates and prizes for future annual promotions will be published separately; entries are not automatically carried into a future draw.
