Freight calculation
Freight is calculated from the products and shipping classes in the cart. Oversize, remote-area, dangerous-goods or specialist items may require a separate freight confirmation before the order can proceed.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched after payment and stock are confirmed. Dispatch and transit times vary by item, destination and carrier. Tracking details are supplied when available.
Delivery details
- Provide a complete street address and accessible delivery location.
- Check the parcel promptly and report visible loss or damage with photographs.
- Authority to leave transfers responsibility for the parcel once the carrier records delivery at the nominated address.
Factory pickup
Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling to 39–41 Shelley Road, Moruya NSW 2537. Bring the order reference and suitable identification.
