How will you be joining us?
Choose one path. You will not need to complete a second registration.
Stay at the event base
Choose your site or cabin.
Select your preferred numbered location using the park map. The displayed price is for the complete two-night Showcase stay. Site prices include two adults or children; each additional overnight guest is $25 for both nights. Infants under three stay free and do not need to be counted. The cabin price is a flat $300 for one to six guests. Choose your stay, add your event details and pay in one booking.

Accommodation cancellation policy
Book with seven-day flexibility.
Showcase accommodation is paid in full when booked. Cancel at least seven days before your booked arrival date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than seven days before arrival are non-refundable unless Ultimate Campers successfully resells the accommodation or recovers the amount from Moruya Holiday Park. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
This policy does not exclude or limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Waterfront Hotel dinner & program
Waterfront Hotel · a short walk from the holiday parkOptional à la carte dinner together from 6:00pm, paid directly to the hotel. The main Showcase program begins at 7:30pm, and everyone is welcome whether or not they join us for dinner.

These focused appointments are for prospective buyers and current owners seriously considering an upgrade. Two appointments are available each hour, with up to four people welcome in each party. Allow approximately 45 minutes to explore the range and discuss how you plan to travel.
Use the same booking name and email as your Showcase stay so our team can match the appointment to your weekend booking.
