Clean and dry

  • Canvas and awnings completely dry
  • Fridge empty, clean and held open as instructed
  • Food and scented materials removed
  • Mud, salt and organic material cleaned
  • Interior ventilated without exposing it to weather

Systems

  • Gas isolated
  • Water drained or treated for the storage period
  • Battery storage mode and charging confirmed for the battery chemistry
  • Master switches and solar arrangement set to manufacturer instructions
  • Sensitive equipment protected from freezing or heat

Structure and security

  • Tyres supported and pressure monitored
  • Handbrake storage guidance followed
  • Coupling and access locks fitted
  • Pest entry points monitored
  • Cover does not trap moisture or abrade surfaces
