Online Sales & Customer Service Consultant
Moruya, NSW
Ultimate Campers, located near Batemans Bay on the beautiful south coast of NSW, design and manufacture Australia’s best, premium off-road camper-trailers. As the market leader within our segment – winner of Camper Trailer of the Year 2021, our products receive regular media attention and are also represented at all the major recreational shows throughout Australia. As such, demand for our products is continuously increasing and we need your talents to coordinate and manage the online and wholesale distribution of our products through our online store.
Your main responsibilities in this position will include:
– Coordination of all Online sales
– Management of website shop data and updates
– Inventory management to ensure timely delivery of orders
– Packing and dispatch of orders
– Sales and Customer service support for incoming calls and in person
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
– A thorough understanding of online sales and marketing
– Ability to work independently
– Retail store experience would be highly regarded

Above average computer skills including social media platforms and online selling would be advantageous

Trades Assistant
Pakenham, VIC
Eagle Outdoors is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers with a range of recreational vehicles
We are looking for Trades Assistants with good solid workshop experience that are looking for ongoing employment within our busy workshop in Pakenham
Key Roles / Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role requires you to have a mature and professional approach with excellent communication skills. Your main duties will include:
– Utilising your mechanical aptitude to perform minor repairs and service of vehicles, in a timely manner, within your skill level and experience under the supervision of a tradesperson
– Performing a range of tasks on a daily basis to assist the Workshop team
– Picking-up and delivering parts and other objects as required by the Production Manager
– Other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Production Manager
– Performing any other work as directed
Eligibility criteria
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
– Sound level of verbal and written communication
– Some mechanical aptitude
– Experience in working in a team environment
– A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
– A passion to learn and grow within the Automotive/RV industry
– Be proactive with a drive to finding better ways to continuously improve and be adaptable in a dynamic and growing team

Warehouse/Stock Control Person
Pakenham, VIC
We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to become part of our Warehouse team who will be responsible for but not limited to;
– Control incoming and outgoing stock
– Receiving and entering inwards goods
– Controlling stock returns to suppliers
– Maintain stock storage including labelling, bin locations and organisation
– Maintain stock condition and ensure correct stock turn ratios
– Fill, package and send out sales orders
– Run regular stock reports for reorder levels
– Stocktake completion
This position will be be responsible for using our personalised system (JIWA) answering phone calls and emails in relation to stock and product enquiries. Computer Skills, phone etiquette and presentation are required.
If you possess the ability to work unsupervised and within a small team, enjoy a fast-paced environment, good communication skills, high attention to detail and can demonstrate proven experience in a similar role we want to hear from you.
